Always remove all other Office versions from your system. Also trial versions or Office 365! (Your files, emails and settings will always be retained)

Go to start – settings – apps and remove all Office versions you encounter in this list. If this does not work you can read here how to uninstall Office: https://support.microsoft.com/nl-be/help/4027149/how-to-uninstall-office-automatically

After downloading you can double-click the file Proplus2021Retail.img (look in your download folder) . The file will then behave as an installable medium. (a virtual DVD)

You then choose setup.exe and let your Office install. After installation, you start an Office app such as Word or Excel and can enter the license key for activation.
