  • Customer and order data: contract duration + 3 years after last interaction (warranty/claims).

  • Billing/accounting: 10 years (legal).

  • Support tickets/communications: 3 years

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. With direct marketing, you can always unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so to the extent permitted by law. Data that we are legally required to retain (such as billing and accounting information) we will retain for the statutory period, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing with legal consequences for you.
